OKRA WITH CABBAGE
Okra with Cabbage is such a simple dish; however, it is freshly made from the microwave! You better try preparing it your own! Stop on a shop where you can get all ingredients needed like okra, onion, groundnut oil and cabbage or spring greens!

Preparation Method :
- Pour the oil into a 9 cups Dutch oven. Stir in the greens and okra with all the ingredients. Mix well.
- Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 6 minutes.
- Allow to stand for 5 minutes. Cook on Full for a further 5 minutes. Drain and serve hot.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons groundnut oil
- 500 grams Savoy cabbage or spring greens , finely shredded
- 200 grams okra, topped, tailed and cut into chunks
- 1 onion, grated
- 250 ml boiling water
- 3 tablespoons pine nuts, lightly toasted under the grill (broiler)
- Salt and chilli powder to taste
