NORWEGIAN SOUR CABBAGE

Preparation Method :
- Add in the shredded cabbage into a 9 cups dish with all the ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly. Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Defrost for 30 - 40 minutes, turning the dish 3 - 4 times. Leave at kitchen temperature overnight for the flavours to mature.
- Spoon into individual servings on to side plates and cover each with kitchen paper.
- Reheat individually on Full, for about 1 minute each.

- 1 kg white cabbage,trimmed and shredded
- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
- 100 ml water
- 3 tablespoons malt vinegar
- 5 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Salt to taste
