Preparation Method :
- Place the cauliflower florets in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and add the water. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 4 minutes.
- Beat all the remaining ingredients. Uncover the cauliflower and drain.
- Coat with the marinade and allow to cool. Cover and chill until really cold before eating.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoon cold water
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 2 teaspoons raspberry vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon bottled mint sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and fleshly ground black pepper
