CAULIFLOWER IN MARINADE

5 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the cauliflower florets in a bowl, sprinkle with salt and add the water. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 4 minutes.
  • Beat all the remaining ingredients. Uncover the cauliflower and drain.
  • Coat with the marinade and allow to cool. Cover and chill until really cold before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 150 grams cauliflower florets
  • 2 tablespoon cold water
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 2 teaspoons raspberry vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon bottled mint sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and fleshly ground black pepper
