CAULIFLOWER AND STILTON WITH CRANBERRY

Preparation Method :
- Put the cauliflower in a serving dish. Sprinkle with salt and add the water.
- Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Put all the remaining ingredients except the paprika in a bowl. Heat, uncovered, on Defrost for 1 minute. Stir round.
- Drain the cauliflower and coat with the sauce. Reheat, uncovered, on Full for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
INGREDIENTS
- 50 grams crumbled Stilton cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh coriander
- 250 grams cauliflower florets
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce
- Salt
- Paprika
