BROCCOLI WITH HERBED CHEESE SAUCE

Preparation Method :
- Put the broccoli in a 3 cups dish with the water. Sprinkle with salt. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Full for 2 minutes or until the broccoli is tender but firm to bite. Put the cream cheese in a small basin.
- Blend the cornflour with the milk and gradually stir into the cheese.
- Uncover the broccoli and drain. Coat with the cheese mixture. Cover and cook on Full for 2 - 3 minutes.
- Spoon on to the toast and sprinkle with the nuts and serve hot.

- 1 tablespoon toasted flaked almonds
- 50 grams cream cheese with garlic and herbs
- 150 grams broccoli florets
- 3 tablespoons boiling water
- 2 teaspoons cornflour
- 100 ml full cream milk
- 1 slice fleshly made toast
- Salt
