BRAISED CUCUMBER WITH PERNOD
Braised Cucumber with Pernod is simply a delectable and delicious food you could ever ask for! It can be prepared for about 25 minutes, while the time set in cooking would last for 10 minutes! Shop all ingredients needed like margarine, butter, parsley, Pernod and cucumber!

- Slice the cucumber very thinly, leave to stand for about 20 minutes, then pat dry in a clean dish cloth.
- Drop the butter in a 6 cups dish and melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the cucumber with pernod and salt, toss gently until well coated with gutter. Cover with a plate and cook on Full for 6 minutes, stirring twice.
- Uncover and stir in the parsley or coriander.
