Beetroot in Orange is a delicious and delectable dish which is freshly prepared in the microwave! The good thing about this food is that it can be prepared for 10 minutes while it can be cooked for just 5 minutes! No need to consider for longer hours before it can definitely be prepared!

- Beat together all the ingredients in a bowl .Place the beetroot in a shallow dish and pour in the orange mixture.
- Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Full for 6 minutes, turning the dish 2 times. Allow to stand for 3 minutes.

- 500 grams cooked beetroot (red beets), peeled and sliced
- 5 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon malt vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
