BEETROOT, CELERY AND APPLE CUPS
Beetroot, Celery and Apple Cups can be one of your favorite dishes after all! It is simply because it contains a lot of ingredients like cold water, gelatin, raspberry vinegar, apple, beetroot, celery stalks and onion! It can be served right after it’s already placed in the microwave!

Preparation Method :
- Pour half of the cold water in a small bowl and stir in the gelatine. Leave to stand for 5 minutes to soften.
- Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 2 minutes. Stir in the remaining cold water with the apple juice, vinegar and salt.
- Cover when cold, then chill until just beginning to thicken and set.
- Add the beetroot, apple, celery and onion to the jelly and stir gently until thoroughly combined.
- Transfer to individual serving wetted cups, then cover and chill until firm and set. Turn out on to individual plates.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 tablespoons cold water
- 1 tablespoon powdered gelatine
- 250 ml apple juice
- 2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
- Salt to taste
- 250 grams freshly cooked beetroot , coarsely grated
- 1 eating apple, peeled and coarsely grated
- 1 celery stalk, cut into thin matchsticks
- 1 small onion, chopped
