TURKEY WITH PRUNES AND ARMAGNAC

Preparation Method :

  • Soak the prunes in the warm water for 1 hour. Put the turkey and leek in a 3 cups dish. Stir in the flour.
  • Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 4 minutes.
  • Uncover and stir in the prunes, soaking water and all the remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste.
  • Cover as before and cook on Full for 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Armagnac or other brandy
  • 12 stoned prunes
  • 3 tablespoons warm water
  • 150 grams turkey breast fillet, cut into small cubes
  • 1 leek, thinly sliced
  • Salt and fleshly ground black pepper
