TURKEY WITH PRUNES AND ARMAGNAC

Preparation Method :
- Soak the prunes in the warm water for 1 hour. Put the turkey and leek in a 3 cups dish. Stir in the flour.
 - Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 4 minutes.
 - Uncover and stir in the prunes, soaking water and all the remaining ingredients, seasoning to taste.
 - Cover as before and cook on Full for 2 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
 - 2 tablespoons Armagnac or other brandy
 - 12 stoned prunes
 - 3 tablespoons warm water
 - 150 grams turkey breast fillet, cut into small cubes
 - 1 leek, thinly sliced
 - Salt and fleshly ground black pepper
