TURKEY IN CIDER

Preparation Method :
- Put butter or margarine in a 500 ml dish. Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 40 seconds.
 - Mix in the turkey and garlic. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 4 minutes.
 - Combine the remaining dry ingredients smoothly with the cider. Uncover the turkey and stir in the cider mixture.
 - Cover as before and cook on Full for 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating with mashed potato.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams turkey breast fillet, cut into small cubes
 - 1 garlic clove, crushed
 - 1 tablespoon corn flour
 - 1 teaspoon gravy granules or stock powder
 - 2 teaspoons butter or margarine
 - 1 teaspoon mustard powder
 - 100 ml dry cider
 - Salt to taste
 - Mashed potato, to serve
