- Heat the oil in a deep 20 cm / 8 in diameter dish, uncovered, on Full for 1 minute.
- Add the turkey and toss well in the oil to coat on both the sides thoroughly. Combine the onion, olives, eggs and gherkins and spoon equally on to the turkey.
- Garnish with the tomato slices. Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 15 minutes, turning the dish 3 - 5 times.
- Allow to stand for 5 minutes before serving.

- 150 grams boned turkey breast,
- 1 onion, chopped
- 10 - 12 stuffed olives, chopped
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, shelled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped gherkins (cornichons)
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
