- Put the oil in a 7 cups casserole dish. Stir in the prepared vegetables and cook, uncovered, on Full for 5 minutes, stirring twice.
- Mix the liver into the vegetables and cook, uncovered, on Full for 5 minutes, stirring once. Stir in the cornflour, tomatoes and seasoning to taste.
- Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape. Cook, on Full for 5 minutes, turning once.

- 1 red (bell) pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
- 1 large carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 large celery stalks, diagonally cut into thin slices
- 500 grams turkey livers, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon cornflour
- 4 large tomatoes, blanched, skinned and coarsely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
