Preparation Method :
- Put butter or margarine in a 3 cups dish. Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 40 seconds.
- Stir in the onion and turkey. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on full for 4 minutes. Combine the remaining dry ingredients smoothly with the wine, seasoning to taste.
- Uncover the turkey and coat with the wine mixture. Stir thoroughly. Cover as before and cook on full for 4 minutes.
- Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

- 1 small onion, chopped
- 150 grams turkey breast fillet, cut into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- 120 ml rose wine
