PINK TURKEY

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
8 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put butter or margarine in a 3 cups dish. Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 40 seconds.
  • Stir in the onion and turkey. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on full for 4 minutes. Combine the remaining dry ingredients smoothly with the wine, seasoning to taste.
  • Uncover the turkey and coat with the wine mixture. Stir thoroughly. Cover as before and cook on full for 4 minutes.
  • Allow to stand for 2 minutes before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 teaspoons butter or margarine
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 150 grams turkey breast fillet, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • ¼  teaspoon paprika
  • 120 ml rose wine
