Preparation Method :
- Put the chocolate pieces into a bowl with the butter. Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 6 minutes.
- Mix in the icing sugar with a wooden spoon, then stir in the almonds and Rum.
- Transfer to a shallow dish, cover and chill until firm but not hard. Roll into 15 balls, toss in cocoa powder and drop into candy cups.

- 100 grams plain chocolate, Break into pieces
- 50 grams butter
- 3 tablespoons icing sugar, sifted
- 2 tablespoons ground almonds
- 1 teaspoon sherry or rum
- Cocoa powder
