Preparation Method :
- Place the chocolate in a bowl with the butter. Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 6 minutes. Stir in the cream and vanilla essence.
- Gradually work in the icing sugar with a wooden spoon. When large crumbles form, press evenly into a buttered shallow rectangular dish.
- Smooth the top. Score deeply into about 60 - 70 pieces and allow to set firmly before cutting up. Store in a cool place.

- 3 tablespoons double cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
