STUFFED TOMATOES

Preparation Method :
- Halve the tomatoes and scoop the centres into a bowl, discarding the hard cores. Stand the shells upside down on kitchen paper to drain.
- Put all the remaining ingredients into a bowl and add the tomato pulp.
- Stir well with a fork to mix, then spoon back into the tomato halves.
- Arrange in two rings, one inside the other, round the edge of a dinner plate.
- Cover with kitchen paper and cook on Full for 5 minutes, turning the plate three times. Serve hot, allowing three halves per portion.
