BAKED STUFFED EGG AVOCADOS
Baked Stuffed Egg Avocados is such a perfect and delectable dish you can serve at home! It’s completed with ingredients like white breadcrumbs, celery stalks, lemon peel, onion salt, paprika, single cream, ground black pepper, butter, avocados, eggs and toasted breadcrumbs!

Preparation Method :
- Combine the celery, white bread-crumbs, lemon peel, onion salt, paprika and cream and add pepper to taste. Halve the avocados and remove the stones (pits).
- Scoop out some of the flesh to make room for the filling and mash coarsely. Add the flesh to the crumb mixture with the eggs.
- Mix well and pile into the avocado shells. Arrange on a plate with the pointed ends towards the centre.
- Sprinkle with the toasted breadcrumbs, then trickle the butter over the top. Cover with kitchen paper and warm on Full for 4 - 5 minutes. Eat straight away.

- 3 tablespoons single (light) cream

- 2 medium-large just-ripe avocados
- 2 large hard-boiled (hard-cooked) Eggs, chopped
- 4 teaspoons toasted breadcrumbs
- 4 teaspoons melted butter
