BEEF STEW
                            The Beef Stew recipe is a usual dish that is typically prepare in western countries. This is composed of healthy ingredients that are perfectly combined to give a satisfying aroma and delicious taste. You can prepare this dish for one hour.

                    Preparation Method :
- Add the steak in a Dutch oven, not too deep. Sprinkle with the flour, then toss well to coat.
 - Spread out loosely into a single layer. Break up the vegetables, then arrange round the meat. Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape.
 - Cook on Full for 15 minutes, turning the dish 3 - 4 times. Pour the water over the meat and crumble in the stock cube. Season to taste with pepper and salt, stir thoroughly.
 - Cover as before, then cook on Full for 10 minutes, turning the dish 2 times.
 - Allow to stand for 5 minutes, then stir round, Adjust seasoning and serve.

- 500 grams lean stewing steak, cut into small cubes
 - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
 - 250 grams unthawed frozen vegetable stew pack
 - 300 ml boiling water
 - 1 beef stock cube
 - Freshly ground pepper
 - Salt to taste
