- Place the tortellini in a large soup bowl with the water. Crumble in the stock cube. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes.
- Allow to stand for 1 minute. Sprinkle with the Parmesan before eating.

- 10 - 12 fresh filled tortellini
- 300 ml boiling water
- 1 chicken, beef or vegetable stock cube
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
