SWEET POTATO SOUP

Sweet potato soup is really good for you. It is good for your body buildings. You only need wasabi powder, light cream, sweet potatoes and seasonings. It is has also high level of nutrients. You can make it in just about 30 minutes. Try this and surely you will add this to your most favorite soup.

Preparation Method :

Pour the oil into a 9 cup dish. Add the parsnips, cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape.
Cook for 7 minutes, turning the dish twice. Add the stock and wasabi powder. Cover with a plate and cook for 5 minutes.
Allow to cool slightly, then puree until smooth in a blender. Return to the bowl. Stir in the parsley. Cover as before and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in the cream and serve.

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons Cooking oil
500 grams fleshed sweet potatoes, chopped
900 ml well- flavoured hot vegetable or chicken stock
2 teaspoons Japanese wasabi powder
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
150 ml single (light) cream
