ITALIAN POTATO SOUP
This soup is really amazing. It is lovable and perfect to share with friends. It is also good to pair in different dishes that surely you will love it. It has also ham bone, light cream and chopped parsley. It is perfect to pair with grated nutmeg!

Preparation Method :
- Place the onion and oil in a 2.25 litres / 4 pt / 10 cup bowl. Cook, uncovered on Defrost for 5 minutes, stirring twice.
- Meanwhile, peel and grate the potatoes. Stir into the onions and add the ham bone, hot stock and salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover with a plate and cook for 20 minutes, stirring twice, until the potatoes are soft. Mix in the cream, ladle into soup bowls and sprinkle with nutmeg and the parsley.

- 4 large potatoes
- 1 small cooked ham bone
- 1.25 litres hot chicken stock
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons single (light) cream
