GREEN PEA SOUP
Green pea soup is one of delightful soups that are perfect in any occasions. You will need garden peas, corn flour, and chopped of parsley. This soup is really good with different dishes. You will never find regret after you try it.

Preparation Method :
- Put the peas into 2 litres / 3 ½ pt / 8 ½ cup bowl, butter or oil and 30 ml / 2 tablespoons of the water. Cover with a plate and cook for 15 minutes or until tender, stirring four times.
- Puree until smooth in a blender. Return to the bowl with three-quarters of the milk or milk and water.
- Mix the cornflour smoothly with the remaining liquid and add to the bowl with the salt.
- Cook, uncovered for 6 minutes, stirring four times. Ladle into soup bowls and sprinkle each with chopped mint.

- 450 ml milk or milk and water mixed
- 1 tablespoon cornflour (cornstarch)
- ½ teaspoon salt Chopped parsley
