CRAB SOUP

This dish is truly amazing, the look and unique taste delivers the most delicious soup you want to try again. It has mustard, cheese and dry sherry. Create a prestigious soup that suits to your taste. You will ask another one after you try it!

10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the butter in a 7 cup dish. Melt on Defrost for 2 minutes. Stir in the flour. Cook, uncovered, for at least a minute.
  • Gradually mix in the milk and water. Cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes until smooth and thickened, beating every minute.
  • Stir in all the remaining ingredients. Cook, uncovered for 2 minutes, stirring twice, until hot.

INGREDIENTS

  • 25 grams unsalted (sweet) butter
  • 25 grams plain (all-purpose) flour
  • 300 ml warmed full-cream milk
  • 300 ml water
  • ½ teaspoon English made mustard
  • A dash of hot pepper sauce
  • 25 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 150 grams light and dark crabmeat
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons dry sherry
