CHILLED SPINACH SOUP WITH YOGHURT
The Chilled Spinach Soup with Yoghurt is the best for your dinner time. It has plain yoghurt, cups of milk and young spinach. You will experience the freshness of spinach and its flavorful taste. It is easy to prepare in about 30 minutes. It is perfect to serve with ground walnuts as garnish!

Preparation Method :
- Place the butter or margarine in a 7 cup dish. Heat, uncovered for 1 minute. Crush in the garlic and add the spinach.
- Cook, uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring twice. Remove from the microwave. Blend to a coarse puree in a blender or food processor.
- Whisk in all the remaining ingredients. Cover and chill for several hours. Ladle into bowls and dust each serving with nutmeg or ground walnuts.

- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 large garlic clove
- 500 grams young spinach leaves, shredded
- 500 ml plain yoghurt
- 300 ml milk
- 150 ml cold water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Grated nutmeg or ground walnuts, to garnish
