CHICKEN AND RICE BROTH

                    Preparation Method :
- Put the chicken into a 3 cup dish. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
 - Cook on Full for 2 - 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes.
 - Uncover and add the rice, onions, herbs and gravy granules or stock powder mixed with the water.
 - 04Season to taste. Cover as before and cook on Defrost for 7 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes before eating.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 220 grams chicken
 - 1 tablespoon easy-cook long-grain rice
 - 1 tablespoon dried sliced onions
 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or coriander leaves
 - 1 teaspoon gravy granules or stock powder
 - 150 ml hot water
 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper
