EXTRA CRUNCHY SHORTBREAD
Extra Crunchy Shortbread can be added to one of your favorite foods! This is really tasty so you must include unsalted butter, semolina, all-purpose flour and caster sugar! This is perfect enough to be prepared for your family and friends!

Preparation Method :
- Grease and base line a deep dish. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then mix in the flour and semolina until smooth and evenly combined.
- Spread smoothly into the prepared dish and prick all over with a fork. Cook, uncovered, on Defrost for 20 - 22 minutes.
- Remove from the microwave and sprinkle with caster sugar. Cut into 12 wedges when still slightly warm.
- Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

- 250 grams unsalted butter
- 150 grams castor sugar
- 250 grams all- purpose flour
- 25 grams semolina
