DUTCH-STYLE SHORTBREAD
                            Dutch-Style Bread is one of those tempting foods you sure would want to eat! It contains a lot of ingredients like unsalted butter, ground cinnamon, flour, cream and sugar! For sure you would love this food once it has been served!

Preparation Method :
- Sift the ground cinnamon with the flour.
 - Grease and base line a deep dish. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then mix in the flour until smooth and evenly combined.
 - Brush the top with the cream, then gently press on lightly toasted flaked almonds.
 - Cook, uncovered, on Defrost for 20 - 22 minutes.
 - Remove from the microwave and sprinkle with caster sugar. Cut into 12 wedges when still slightly warm.
 - Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container.

 - 150 grams castor sugar
 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
 - 300 grams self-raising flour
 - 2 tablespoons of cream
