Tandoori Prawn Rolls is such a tasty and delectable dish you can serve at the table! The good thing about this recipe is that it contains a lot of ingredients like natural yoghurt, uncooked prawns, bread and cucumber! This could be the perfect dish you can ultimately prepare at home!

Preparation Method :
- Place tandoori paste and 1 tablespoon yogurt in a bowl and mix to combine. Add prawns and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
- Place prawns, like numbers on a clock face with the thickest part towards the edge, on a microwavable dinner plate and cook on HIGH (100%) for 1 minute, then on MEDIUM (50%) for 1 - 2 minutes or until prawns change color and are cooked.
- Heat naan bread on DEFROST (30%) for 1 minute. Place 6 prawns along centre of each naan bread, top with cucumber and 2 tablespoons yogurt, roll up and serve immediately.

- 4 tablespoons coarsely chopped cucumber
