SEAFOOD STROGANOFF
The seafood stroganoff is one of the perfect dishes. It has cream fraiche that adds to the delicious flavors and creaminess of the food. It is easy to cook and prepare within 35 minutes. It has full nutrients which is good to your body. You can try it at home!

Preparation Method :
- Place the butter or margarine in a casserole dish (Dutch oven). Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for about 2 minutes.
- Add the garlic, onion and mushrooms. Cover with clingfilm (plastic wrap) and slit it twice to allow steam to escape. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
- Add the fish cubes. Cover as before and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in the cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover again and cook for at least 2 minutes. Serve sprinkled with the parsley.

- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 125 grams button mushrooms
- 750 grams white fish fillet, skinned and cubed
- 150 grams soured (dairy sour) cream or creme fraiche
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
