PRAWNS MADRAS

- Heat the oil in a deep pan, uncovered for a minute.
- Add the onions and garlic and cook for 5 minutes, uncovered.
- Add the curry powder, cumin powder, garam masala and lime juice and cook uncovered for 2 - 3 minutes, stir-ring twice.
- Add the stock, tomato puree and sultanas. Cover with an inverted plate and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Add the prawns to the dish and stir well. Cook, uncovered, for at least 2 minutes.

- 2 onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed

- 50 grams golden raisins
