Preparation Method :
- Pour the soup into a 6 cups bowl with half the water. Add all the ingredients except the coconut.
- Cover with a plate and heat on Full for 6- 8 minutes, whisking every minute. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Whisking every minute.
- Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Whisk in the remaining water and the coconut.
- Reheat, uncovered on full for 1 minute.
INGREDIENTS
- 320 ml condensed cream of celery or mushroom soup
- 150ml boiling water
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon mild or hot curry paste
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 tablespoons fruit chutney
- 1 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons dessicated coconut
