Preparation Method :
- Mix together the beef, onions, peppers, mushrooms, Italian seasoning or basil, tomato puree, sugar and flour in a 3 cups dish.
- Cook, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes. Break up the meat. Mix the gravy granules or stock powder with the water and stir into the beef mixture.
- Mix in the tomatoes. Cover as before and cook on Full for 4 - 6 minutes. Allow to stand for 2 minutes. Uncover and season to taste. Serve with pasta.

- 100 grams minced beef
- 1 tablespoon dried onions
- 1 tablespoon dried mixed peppers
- 1 tablespoon dried sliced mushrooms
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried basil
- 1 tablespoon tomato puree
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon gravy granules or stock powder
- 3 tablespoons hot water
- 3 tomatoes, blanched, skinned and chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Boiled pasta, to serve
