Preparation Method :
- Put the butter or margarine in a 4 cup bowl. Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 2 minutes. Stir in the flour. Cook on Full for about 20 - 30 seconds.
- Gradually blend in the milk. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes, beating every minute, until thickened and smooth.
- Mix in the sugar and cook, uncovered, on Full for 30 seconds. Stir in the rum and serve.

- 2 tablespoons caster sugar
