- Pour the oil into a 6 cups bowl. Heat on Full for 20 - 30 seconds. Stir in the onions and garlic
- Cook, uncovered on Full for 6 minutes, stirring 2 - 3 times. Mix in the peanut butter, sugar, lemon juice and half the water.
- Cook, uncovered on Full for 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until the sauce looks like porridge in the texture. Remove from the microwave.
- Thin down the sauce by whisking in the remaining water, then season with the brown sauce and salt and pepper to taste.

- 2 teaspoons light soft brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- Juice of 1 small lemon
- 500 ml boiling water
- 2 tablespoons brown table sauce
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
