- Put all the ingredients in a 600 ml / 1 pt / 2½ cups bowl. Cover with a plate and warm on Defrost for 3 - 4 minutes, stirring once.
- Toss with piping hot spaghetti or other pasta and eat straight away.

- 50 grams butter
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
