CURRIED TURKEY SAUCE FOR JACKET POTATOES

Preparation Method :
- Pour the oil into a 6 cups bowl. Heat on Full for 20 - 30 seconds. Mix in the onions and curry powder. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 6 minutes, stirring twice.
- Stir in the turkey. Cover with a plate and cook on Full for 6 - 8 minutes, stirring 4 times to keep the turkey crumbly.
- Mix in all the remaining ingredients except the yoghurt. Cover as before and cook on Full for 4 minutes, stirring twice. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
- Spoon into split jacket potatoes and top each with thick yoghurt.

- 2 tablespoon mild, medium or hot curry powder
- 300 grams minced turkey
- 2 tablespoons tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon fruit chutney
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons apple juice
- 150 ml thick plain yoghurt
