Preparation Method :
- Put the oil, onion and garlic in a 9 cups bowl.Cook, uncovered, on Full for 6 minutes, stirring 2 times.
- Mix in the olives, green pepper and mushrooms. Cook, uncovered on Full for 2 - 4 minutes.
- Stir in all the remaining ingredients. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Full for 8 minutes, turning the bowl 2 times or until the sauce is hot.
- Allow to stand for 5 minutes before using.

- 2 teaspoons dark soft brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco
- 2 inch strip lemon peel
