BRANDY SAUCE

Preparation Method :

  • Put the butter or margarine in a 4 cups bowl. Melt, uncovered, on Defrost for 2 minutes. Stir in the flour. Cook on Full for about 20 - 30 seconds.
  • Gradually blend in the milk. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes, beating every minute, until thickened and smooth.
  • Mix in the sugar and cook, uncovered, on Full for 30 seconds. Stir in the brandy and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 ml warmed milk  
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 tablespoona all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
