Preparation Method :
- Put the butter in a 6 cups bowl and heat, uncovered, on Full for 2 minutes. Mix in the apples and cook, uncovered, on Full for 4 minutes, stirring once.
- Stir in the flour and cook on Full for 20 - 30 seconds. Gradually blend in the hot stock.
- Cook, uncovered, on Full for 5 minutes, whisking every minute, until smoothly thickened.
- Stir in the horseradish, season to taste with salt, then fold in the cream. Serve Hot.

- 50 grams butter
- 2 large cooking apples, peeled and grated
- 50 grams all-purpose flour
- 500 ml hot chicken stock
- 2 teaspoons grated horseradish with sauce

- 150 ml whipping cream, whipped until thick
