WELSH RAREBIT

Preparation Method :

  • Mix the cheese with the mustard, cornflour, egg yolk and milk. Season to taste. Spread over the toast.
  • Transfer to individual plates. Cook, uncovered, on Full for 1 minute. Sprinkle lightly with paprika and Serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon corn flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 large slices freshly made toast
  • Paprika
