- Combine the butter or margarine with the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, cheese and ale. Spread equal amounts over the toast.
- Transfer to individual plates. Cook, uncovered one at a time, on Full for 1 minute. Add the tomato slices and a sprinkling of parsley. Top each with bacon and eggs.

- 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
- 250 grams Cheddar cheese, grated
- 3 tablespoons dark ale
- 4 slices freshly made toast
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- Chopped parsley Bacon and fried or poached eggs, to serve
