MIXED DRIED FRUIT SALAD

Preparation Method :
- Place the fruits in a 6 cup bowl. Stir in the water and sugar. Cover and leave it to soak for at least 3 hours.
 - Transfer to the microwave and cook on Full for about 20 - 22 minutes or until the fruit turns tender. Stir in the lemon peel and serve warm with thick yoghurt.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams mixed dried fruits, Washed
 - 250 ml boiling water
 - 50 grams granulated sugar
 - 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon peel
 - Thick plain yoghurt, to serve
