                    Preparation Method :
- Stir together the rice, salt and the boiling water in a 3 cup dish. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
 - Stand the dish on a plate to catch any water when boil over. Cook on Full for 10 - 12 minutes.
 - Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Fork in the cheese, sunflower seeds, cucumber and tomato. Adjust the seasoning to taste.
 - Cover as before and reheat on Full for about 4 minutes.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams cottage cheese
 - 75 grams easy-cook long-grain rice
 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper
 - 300 ml boiling water
 - 2 tablespoonsams toasted sunflower seeds
 - A small piece cucumber, peeled and chopped
 - 1 tomato, chopped
