Preparation Method :
- Put the fish on a plate and coat with the vinaigrette.
- Top with the tarragon or basil leaves. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Cook on Full for 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before eating.

- 250 grams skinned cod or haddock fillet, cut from the thicker end
- 2 tablespoons garlic and herb vinaigrette
- 6 fresh tarragon or basil leaves
