FISH VINAIGRETTE

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
6 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Put the fish on a plate and coat with the vinaigrette.
  • Top with the tarragon or basil leaves. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
  • Cook on Full for 4 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams skinned cod or haddock fillet, cut from the thicker end
  • 2 tablespoons garlic and herb vinaigrette
  • 6 fresh tarragon or basil leaves
