- Place butter and onion in a microwavable bowl and cook on High for 2 - 2½ minutes. Stir well.
 - Stir in rice, stock, wine and saffron, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Stand for 5 minutes, stir in cheese and serve.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 50 grams butter
 - 1 onion, diced
 - 250 grams long grain rice, washed and drained
 - 250 ml boiling chicken stock, made with stock cubes
 - 150 ml dry white wine
 - Pinch saffron powder
 - 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
