MOCK MUSHROOM RISOTTO

                    Preparation Method :
- Sauté sliced closed-cap mushrooms in a little butter.
 - Stir together all the ingredients in a separate 3 cups dish. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
 - Stand the dish on a plate to catch the water. Cook on Full for 8 - 10 minutes.
 - Stir in the fried mushrooms with Parmesan cheese and butter. Cover as before and reheat on Full for 2 minutes.
 - Allow to stand for 5 minutes, then stir round before eating.
 
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
 - 6 sliced closed-cap mushrooms
 - 75 grams easy-cook long-grain rice
 - 2 teaspoons butter
 - ¼ teaspoon salt
 - 300 ml boiling water
