WINTER MUESLI RICE

Preparation Method :

  • Stir together all the ingredients in a 3 cup dish. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
  • Stand the dish on a plate to catch the water. Cook on Full for 10 - 12 minutes. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
  • Add in the Chopped fresh fruit and some honey. Stir round and eat with milk for breakfast.

INGREDIENTS

  • 75 grams easy-cook long-grain rice
  • 2 tablespoons sweet fruit and nut muesli
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 300 ml boiling water
