PLAIN TURKISH PILAF
Plain Turkish Pilaf is one of the best dishes you could ever ask for! It basically includes risotto rice, vegetable stock or boiling water, salt and butter! This dish can fulfill your cravings when talking about microwave recipes in your kitchen!

- Cook the rice in a deep dish on full for 3 minutes . Boiling water or stock should be used and the dish covered with clingfilm, slit to allow steam to escape.
- Add the butter to the dish or bowl. Allow to stand for 10 minutes.
- Uncover and fork round. Cover with a plate and reheat on Full for 3 minutes.

- 250 grams easy-cook risotto rice
- 500 ml Boiling water or vegetable stock
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter
