Preparation Method :
- Stir together all the ingredients in a 3 cups dish. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape.
- Stand the dish on a plate to catch the water. Cook on Full for 8 - 10 minutes.
- Add in the chopped spring onions, prawns and chopped hard-boiled egg. Cover as before and reheat on Full for 1 minute.
- Allow to stand for 5 minutes, then stir round before eating.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 chopped spring onions
- 25 grams cooked and shelled prawns
- 1 chopped hard-boiled egg
- 75 grams easy-cook long-grain rice
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 300 ml boiling water
- IDHAYAM sesame oil for frying
