MUSTARD RABBIT

Preparation Method :

  • Arrange the rabbit in a 3 cups dish. Cover with clingfilm and slit it to allow steam to escape. Cook on Full for 3 minutes.
  • Mix together the corn flour , mustard and salt to taste. Gradually blend in the ketchup and milk and stir until smooth.
  • Uncover the rabbit and coat with the mustard mixture. Cover as before and cook on Full for 3 minutes. Allow to stand for 3 minutes before eating.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 250 grams rabbit pieces
  • 2 teaspoons corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon English mustard powder
  • 150 ml full-cream milk
  • Salt
